Our products are limited by stock. For items that are out of stock, the average production time is 3-4 weeks. The delivery date will be notified to you after your order is confirmed. You can contact us for up-to-date stock information before placing an order.

Delivery within Istanbul is free of charge. For deliveries outside Istanbul, if there is no special request from the customer, your order will be shipped with a carrier and payment will be made upon delivery (cash on delivery).

You can return the product you purchased within seven (7) days from the delivery date, without opening the packaging, damaging the product, using it, or in any way that would prevent its resale.
